Open the cancellation pageUse the button above, or go to https://account.microsoft.com/services.

Sign in to OneDrive / Microsoft 365Sign in if prompted. Use the same account the subscription is billed to.

Find your plan and choose CancelLook for your active plan or membership. Cancel is sometimes hidden under Manage, Change plan, or Account.
